Mr. Vivek A Matange, is a Mechanical Engineer with post graduate diploma in Management. He is a techno-commercial professional, with 34 years of managerial experience in various domains in the manufacturing industry, like Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning and Human Resources. In addition to working in Bosch, he also worked in M/s Greaves Cotton, Nashik.  

Post superannuation in 2019 from Bosch India, after 30 years of service, he is working as a freelance consultant on managerial topics and working on a project for grooming budding graduates to be employer friendly assets, which would in turn facilitate their entry in the professional domain. The Initiation of the Fit For Future academy is a result of his experience with the students and the Industry. 

He has been awarded the Engineering Achievement Award from Institution of Engineers. He is a trained assessor for Business Excellence and TS16949. He has been interacting with students, as a passion, through lectures and informative sessions in various Universities and colleges, like IIM Lucknow (Noida campus), Amity University, Taxila University Jaipur, JK Lakshmipat University, BITS Mesra- Jaipur campus, Sandip University, Nashik and many more.
