Professional Experience
Worked for LIC of India for 38 years, since 1982. Worked in various capacity and various posts.
Started the career as an assistant and continued to rise and retired as Manager.
Had sufficient exposure to 6 Sigma Setup and Center of Excellence scenario.
Professional achievements
As a Manager headed the following departments at Nasik Division viz. Claims, Legal, IT and New Business.
In claims departmentled the existing team from all India bottom to all India top during the period of one year. Also maintained the Numero Uno position for the entire tenure of three years. In Legal department ensured 100% success rate for Nasik division in various court cases. In IT, witnessed and steered the team thru various IT
changes, from Back End to Front end, transition to LINUX OS, to name a few. As Manager NB facilitated new business brought in by
the field force efficiently.
Teaching/Training experience
Conducted OD HRD training sessions for the many years at LIC and departmental / promotional test training.
