Drove Business Excellence from 2009 to 2014 @ Bosch Nasik and was instrumental in getting the CHI-EXIM Bank Award for BE in Nov 2013. Leadership Development, Strategy Mgmt., Human Resources and Quality Management have been the core areas of expertise.

2014 to 2021 – Sales Quality and Warranty for Tata Motors Ltd, Suzuki, Tata Cummins Ltd, MG Motors, Ford India Ltd., Have experience at Bosch in QM systems like ISO 9001, QS9000, TS16949 and IATF 16949. Have conducted Leadership enhancement workshops and currently in the role of a freelancer have assessed companies like Godrej recently in last 3 years.
